JANUARY 2016 HOUSING REPORT
During the first month of 2016, Orlando's housing market saw prices continue to climb but the number of home sales fell.
The overall price of a median home in Orlando rose to $176,500 which is a 14% increase compared to last January.
At the same time Orlando home sales fell by 18% compared to last January with only 1,745 home closings.
During the month rising home prices coupled with low inventory are making it more and more difficult for would-be home buyers.
