In July, the home prices continue to rise. The sales show signs of slowing. The number of homes for sales are down 15%, compared to the same time last year. The annual median price of a home in Orlando in July was $220,000 which is up 7% compared to last July a total of 3,347 homes sold during the month because of it's slight decrease of 0.2 percent compared to July 2016.
Orlando home buyers continue to be challenged in finding a home due to low inventory, where only 9,051 homes are for sale, which equates to a 2.7-month supply of homes.
