During the month of March, Orlando's housing market saw prices continue to climb but the number of home sales fell.
The overall median price of a home in Orlando rose to $195,000, which is a 10% jump compared to last March and a $10,000 jump compared to February of this year.
At the same time our Orlando home sales fell 4% compared to last March with 3,022 homes closing during the month.
Rising home prices coupled with low inventory are making it more and more difficult for would-be home buyers.
The overall number of homes available for sale has decreased by 8% since last year with only 10,583 homes currently available for sale.
