Sales were once again on the rise while a number of homes for sale fell nineteen percent compared to the same time last year.
Median price of a home in Orlando in March was $217,000 dollars, which is up eleven percent compared to last March.
A total of 3,437 homes sold during the month, an increase of more than twelve percent compared to March 2015.
Orlando home buyers are challenged by the limited inventory of homes for sale.
Only 8,537 homes are currently available for sale which equates to a two and a half month supply of homes available for sale in March 2017, the lowest supply since May 2013.
